Business Development Center Representative

Prestige Lexus is seeking a diligent customer service representative to enhance contact with current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain relationships with customers through ongoing communication and telephone support
• Set appointments for the lease cycle management and sales teams in addition to follow-up and confirmation calls (sales position)
• Set appointments for the service department and make follow-up and confirmation calls (service position)
• Update records in customer management system and maintain reports
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements include:
• Minimum of one year automotive and/or call center experience

Position Title: Part-time Service Valet Attendant

Prestige Lexus is seeking a Part-time Service Valet Attendant. Morning and afternoon shifts are available.

Key duties/responsibilities of Valet Attendant:
• Greet arriving and departing guests.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of vehicle condition.
• Handle vehicles and keys appropriately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, provide assistance or direct to appropriate department.
• Perform all work in a safe, timely and courteous manner. 
 
Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

 Position Title: Automotive Sales Consultant / Internet Sales Consultant

 Automotive Sales Consultant and Internet Sales Consultant Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least two years sales experience is required. Automotive sales is preferred.
• Presenting, demonstrating and selling a new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles in a goal-oriented environment that supports overall sales objectives.
• Maintaining a buyer & prospecting follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Explaining product attributes, performance and innovations as they apply to the interests of prospects and owners.
• Attending product and sales training courses.
• Keeping abreast of the competitive environment, such as new products, features and accessories available; translating their benefits to customers.
• Following up on all post-delivery items such as tag/title work, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Computer aptitude; use of email, CRM & DMS tools and Internet usage.
• Must have current drivers license and clean background.
