| Position Title: Automotive Sales Consultant / Internet Sales Consultant
Automotive Sales Consultant and Internet Sales Consultant Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least two years sales experience is required. Automotive sales is preferred.
• Presenting, demonstrating and selling a new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles in a goal-oriented environment that supports overall sales objectives.
• Maintaining a buyer & prospecting follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Explaining product attributes, performance and innovations as they apply to the interests of prospects and owners.
• Attending product and sales training courses.
• Keeping abreast of the competitive environment, such as new products, features and accessories available; translating their benefits to customers.
• Following up on all post-delivery items such as tag/title work, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Computer aptitude; use of email, CRM & DMS tools and Internet usage.

Lexus Finance Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
•Responsibilities:
• Assist with customer loan/lease origination/approval, including credit application and credit bureau submission and processing.
• Perform paper delivery with Lexus customers ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, disclosure and compliance.
• Perform menu-based after-sale product presentation including both hard and soft products to Lexus customers during delivery process.
• Coordinate and execute billing process (Reynolds & Reynolds) as it applies to all transactions, ensuring the required documents have been obtained in accordance with financial and legal stipulations.
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly reporting.
• Support sales consultants to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved in both finance and sales departments. Requirements:
• Proven supervisory experience in an F&I environment.
• Demonstrated abilities in value-based selling and overcoming objections.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and a commitment to contribute in a team environment.
• Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, innate ability to execute and follow-through.
