 Bruce Schaffel Sales Consultant | Bruce Schaffel is MVP of the Month! We are proud to announce Bruce Schaffel as the MVP of the month! Bruce has been an essential part of the Prestige Lexus sales staff and this month celebrates 18 years with Prestige! Consistently a top performer, he earned the title of MVP of the Month three times in 2012 and was the top volume sales consultant for 2012, ranking first with 295 vehicles delivered. Click here to read more about our "Top Three Sales Associates of the Year." He also made it to the list of “Top 20 Sales Consultants" in the entire Northeast for 2012. Bruce is Master-certified with Lexus and has over twenty-two years of experience in the automotive industry. Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and for twenty years he performed as a Broadway and freelance musician. Outside of Prestige Lexus, he continues to play woodwind instruments with various bands and orchestras. There are several variables that go into achieving the Most Valuable Player award at Prestige Lexus. The winner must excel not only in sales performance, but also in customer satisfaction. | Employee Spotlight – Andy Bowyer Andy Bowyer has been a Service Advisor with Prestige Lexus for nearly 12 years and has achieved Senior certification with Lexus. Andy works closely with our factory-trained technicians and Lexus parts specialists to address customer concerns and automotive repair needs. He began his 25-year of automotive career with Toyota Motor Corp's regional office and had the opportunity to become a service consultant when the Lexus division began in 1989. Andy takes pride in working for Prestige Lexus, where many of his colleagues have been working for more than 15, 20 and 25 years. He attributes high levels of customer satisfaction and many long-term employees to the loyal customer base and success of Prestige Lexus. Andy states, "I enjoy being involved in servicing customers' vehicles and working with the best manufacturer and franchise in the industry." He has assisted many customers whose vehicles have reached 100,000 miles, 200,000 miles and even over 300,000 miles! Andy's expertise in Lexus maintenance and repair and commitment to outstanding customer service have made him an important part of the Prestige Lexus service team. His favorite Lexus is the 2013 ES 300h, which combines hybrid technology with one of the best re-designs by Lexus. Prior to his automotive career, Andy graduated from Penn State University receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Outside of Prestige Lexus, he enjoys spending time with family and skiing.
