Prestige Lexus is proud to announce Calvert Hargrove as MVP of the Month! This Cal’s first time achieving the Most Valuable Player award at Prestige Lexus. He has worked in the automotive industry for eleven years and has been Sales Consultant at Prestige Lexus for over six years.

Calvert is Master Certified with Lexus and brings extensive product knowledge to each transaction. He enjoys meeting new people and helping customers with their automotive needs. He takes pleasure in experiencing customers’ excitement and loyalty toward Lexus vehicles. Cal’s courteous demeanor, immense product knowledge and outstanding customer service have made him an essential component of the Prestige Lexus team. As evident in a customer review, Cal is described as being “…extremely professional. He took time to assess our desires; he knew the Lexus product lines extensively and made sure we picked the right car to meet our needs.”

Prior to his automotive career, Cal received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education and has over 25 years of sales and management experience in various industries. Outside of Prestige Lexus he enjoys golfing.

There are several variables that go into achieving the Most Valuable Player award at Prestige Lexus the winner must excel not only in sales performance but also in customer satisfaction. We congratulate Cal on his MVP win!

Philip Zito has been a valuable member of the Prestige Lexus service team as a Service Advisor since November 2006. He is ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified in Service Consultation and Repair and has achieved certification with Lexus.

Philip graduated from Bergen County Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Technology and has over 32 years of automotive experience. Prior to working at Prestige Lexus, Philip owned and operated a gas station and repair shop. He was also a certified Rolls Royce and Bentley technician.

As service advisor at Prestige Lexus, Philip enjoys being able to make customers happy and providing superior customer service. He takes pride in his ability to explain the inner mechanisms of Lexus vehicles and the importance of vehicle maintenance to our customers. Philip credits his extensive career in the automotive industry and his in-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair as contributing factors that assist him in readily addressing customer concerns and clarifying services rendered. One such example of Philip’s dedication to his customers is apparent in a customer testimonial “…always goes above and beyond in making sure everything is perfect as well as accommodating my needs. It is because of Philip I only use Prestige Lexus and highly recommend”. Philip’s personable approach has made him a valued asset to the Prestige Lexus service team.

Outside of Prestige Lexus, Philip enjoys golfing, bowling and fishing.

Vicki Noorigian is the Sales and Specials Events Coordinator at Prestige Lexus. She is responsible for managing various events within the dealership and partnerships throughout our community. Additionally, she assists the sales team in daily operations and organizes the Lexus College program for our staff. Vicki is greatly respected by her colleagues, all of whom value her insight and the immense support she brings to our team. She has been with Prestige for twenty-five years, starting at our Mercedes dealership, which was the first and only store of Prestige Motors at that time. She moved to Lexus when it launched in 1989 and takes great pride in having been part of the company since its inception. Vicki has been Master-certified with Lexus for seventeen years and is excited to be with Lexus as it continues to positively influence the automotive industry.

Prior to working with Prestige Lexus, Vicki graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology and was an assistant manager for the career apparel division for a major luxury apparel company. She later became the fashion coordinator for clothing manufacturers in the accessory and misses sportswear markets. Outside of Prestige Lexus, Vicki enjoys gardening and cooking, using many of the vegetables and herbs she has grown in her garden. She and her husband Richard adore their four grown children, with whom they enjoy spending time. They are thrilled to be expecting their first grandchild this January!

We join Vicki in celebrating her twenty-five years at Prestige and recognize her dedication, knowledge, and hard work. She continues to represent the Lexus brand and Prestige Lexus with the utmost professionalism and commitment to excellence. Congratulations!
