I have purchased many cars in the past and I have to say, the service that I received here was above and beyond from the entire crew. I was treated with the upmost respect from the minute I walked in the door until the time I pulled off in my new Lexus. I had my one year old son with me and they even catered to him by getting him snacks and something to drink while we waited to take delivery of my car. I have NEVER had anything but a superlative experience in dealing with Prestige Lexus in the years I have been doing business with that dealership. This time was no exception. The dealership manager was very helpful and gracious, exceptional in every way. I would have a hard time imagining anyone could be better than my sales consultant, Leon Grebla. He was pleasant and courteous. He was thorough. He did not make me feel like I was "pressured" into any decision. He simply found out in detail what I was looking for, and then went about showing me what might suit me. He knew EVERYTHING about the vehicles in which I was interested. He took the time to explain and to make me feel that the dealership VALUED my business.
