Often times when people have bad experiences they are very quick to report their frustrations but when people have pleasing experiences they say nothing. I hope that my comments are shared with the staff because I truly feel that their roles in me purchasing my CPO were superb. This is my sixth Lexus, but my first experience with Prestige--both Sales and Service. For this Service visit, I called up my Salesperson (Luis Madera) on, literally, one hour's notice (I am a physician, and had a last-minute cancellation in the OR). Not only was Luis able to obtain an immediate appointment for me, he literally "met me at the door" at 11:00 AM and introduced me to my Service Coordinator, Mark Simpson. Mark booked the repair, was able to procure a loaner vehicle for me (also last-minute), and sent me on my way within ten minutes, along with his promise that the Service would be completed by 2:00 PM. To my great surprise (and delight), Mark called me at 1:00 PM (one hour early!) to inform me that the Service was completed. The professional aspect of the automotive Service itself was impeccable (they even found time to wash my car), and the "service" I received was prompt, courteous, and extremely personable. I called Walter Kosik, service manager, to ask if he could check the nitrogen in my Ford Fusion hybrid as I was getting a low tire pressure alarm indication. I explained that the original nitrogen was done at Land Rover in Paramus, but Prestige Lexus of Ramsey was much more convenient, and more than that I was advised Land Rover had moved so I had no alternative for getting nitrogen. I also explained that I have always brought my other car (a Lexus GS350) to him to be serviced. Walter was very responsive and offered to take care of my Fusion. He provided excellent service exceeding my expectations. He accommodated my request for nitrogen refill, even though my car is a Ford Fusion hybrid! He fit me into the work schedule on short notice, and during inspection discovered a nail in the sidewall (hidden from view on the inside of the R/R tire). He ordered a replacement tire immediately and re-scheduled me for the following morning. The tire was replaced and nitrogen placed in the new tire plus he topped off of the other 3 tires to the proper pressure. All of this was done with great efficiency and with the least possible inconvenience to me. I would recommend this Lexus dealer to everyone. The quality of service and level of attention to detail foster an atmosphere where the customer truly comes first. Of course that is how it always is when we bring the Lexus in for servicing. I have to say that of all the prestige cars I have own, (BMW and Mercedes), I have never experienced service like I received from Prestige Lexus. One person stuck out in my mind, a fellow by the name of Santiago. He noticed a couple of nicks and a scratch on my car that I brought it in with. He came out and touched up the nicks and took my car back to the shop and buffed out the scratch. He didn't have to but took it upon himself to get it done.
