From the courteous and friendly attendant staff (the valets and the secretaries) to the extra step that was taken to clean and polish my car. It all was done well. I have to say that of all the prestige cars I have own, (BMW and Mercedes), I have never experienced service like I received from Prestige Lexus. One person stuck out in my mind, a fellow by the name of Santiago. He noticed a couple of nicks and a scratch on my car that I brought it in with. He came out and touched up the nicks and took my car back to the shop and buffed out the scratch. He didn't have to but took it upon himself to get it done. Bravo Prestige Lexus for encouraging that level of service.
